Steps to Prepare for Bank IBPS PO Selection Process

Prelims, Mains, and Interviews are the three stages of the IBPS PO 2022 selection process. Candidates who pass the first two stages will be eligible to move on to the next. Interview qualifiers will be hired as Probationary Officers in participating banks at the end of the process. Candidates must achieve the minimum required IBPS PO cutoff at each stage of the selection process.

It's worth noting that the Preliminary Exam scores aren't considered when determining the final merit list. The final selection of candidates is based solely on the results of the Main Exam and Interview, in the ratio of 80:20. To be eligible for Provisional Allotment, candidates must appear in all three phases and pass them all.
